This is horrible, but the notion that Israel is doing this all over Lebanon needs to be questioned. From what I've heard, central Beirut is largely intact and only one stray bomb hit Ashrafiyah (Christian district). But the Shia suburbs are suffering a relentless pounding that hasn't stopped.
I don't see why one needs to quibble over which part of Lebanon is being bombed. Yes, the rich suburbs or tourist areas are being spared, but that in not way mitigates the monstrosity being unleashed by Israel.
I am in no way defending the callous disregard for civilians in the Shia suburbs of Beirut, the city of Tyre, and across the south. But if a website like this one is to be taken seriously, it needs to be accurate and honest.
I hardly think this website's reputation will be made or broken by the link posted here. The pictures seen in that link are not fake, hence the accuracy argument does not fly. What they do is illustrate vividly the horror unleashed by Israel's ongoing actions, and that was the whole point of this blog entry.
